Summary

THE FARMHOUSE is an intelligent and character driven ghost story/supernatural thriller. It's an original screenplay that toys with the psychological aspect of horror, rather than just "blood and guts" and "shock value".  

It is set at the home of an elderly couple, Edward and Mae Moore, who have reportedly owned it for over thirty years.  Within the last three years, no one has stayed in this house longer than a few months.  The Moore's have rented it out to numerous tenants, none of whom have stayed their lease.

The film will be produced by Deborah Sable, Executive Producer and to be directed by Lance Richards who is also an Executive Producer with Deborah Sable.
